About Baseway

Baseway is a global strategic management and go to market consultancy, helping businesses grow through innovative, data driven solutions. We support organisations in scaling sustainably, strengthening their market presence, and building lasting customer relationships.

Our mission is to empower organisations to reach new levels of growth through alternative lead generation, intelligent go to market execution, and continuous operational optimisation. We combine strategic leadership with hands on execution, so our clients can maximise their potential in an efficient and sustainable way.

We run outbound for a focused roster of European software clients across MES, CAQ, EAM, PLM, industrial robotics, and manufacturing AI, delivering 40 to 60 qualified sales conversations per month.

  • 01

    Operator-grade outbound.

Sequences written by people who have sold into factories, not generalists blocked at the receptionist.

  • 02

    Localised in six languages.

English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French, across the UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Iberia and beyond.

  • 03

    Qualified before your calendar.

Every lead checked on Authority and Need, so your team spends time on conversations that convert.

  • 04

    CRM fully instrumented.

HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce wired up, so you see pipeline, not smoke.

What we take to market

Specialised in the main
software for manufacturing.

The plant does not run on one system. It runs on a stack, and knowing each layer, and where it creates a buying trigger, is our edge.

Industries covered

  • Discrete manufacturing
  • Process manufacturing
  • Industry 4.0
  • Industrial AI
  • Supply chain
  • Pharma
  • Medtech
  • Automotive
  • Food and drink

How we work

From ICP to a booked
sales calendar.

Click through each stage to see what it produces. The process runs end to end, from the first account on the list to a meeting your team can close.

Stage 01

Define the ICP.

We map your ideal customer down to the plant footprint, not just the SIC code, and build the account list around the win patterns your best deals already share.

  • Account scoring and segmentation
  • Buying-trigger and tech-stack research

Example ICP

A profile we would build with you

IndustryAutomotive, aerospace, industrial equipment
Plant size200 to 2,000 operators, multi-site
TriggerNew line, ERP migration, quality mandate

Stage 02

Omni-channel outbound.

We run multi-channel sequences in the buyer's own language, written with the shop-floor vocabulary that earns a reply. Email, LinkedIn and calls work together rather than in isolation.

  • Six-language messaging
  • Email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence

The channels

One sequence, three touchpoints

Coordinated, not scattered

Stage 03

Qualify on authority and need.

Every reply is screened before it reaches your team. We confirm the account fits the ICP, the contact has a say in the decision, and there is a real need to solve, so your calendar fills with conversations worth having.

  • ICP fit confirmed on every lead
  • Authority and need checked before booking

Stage 04

A clean handover.

Your team never walks into a meeting cold. Every booking arrives in your CRM with the full context behind it, so the first call picks up where qualification left off.

  • Full context logged in your CRM
  • Nothing lost between us and your reps

Stage 05

A booked meeting.

The outcome is a sales calendar that fills with qualified meetings each week, colour-coded by software area, with full reporting on everything feeding the pipeline.

  • 40 to 60 SQLs per month

Meet the founders

Rebeca Barros and Patricia Bordó, co-founders of Baseway

Rebeca Barros & Patricia Bordó

Founders · Baseway GTM

Almost 10 years selling software into factories. Now we help the next wave of vendors sell into the same ones.

Baseway GTM is a Barcelona based outbound agency built for manufacturing software vendors, led by Rebeca Barros and Patricia Bordó.

Rebeca Barros leads go to market and sales. Six years inside AVEVA and Schneider Electric running Strategic Accounts taught her how industrial enterprises actually buy: the shop floor language, the three year procurement cycle, the committee of twelve people with veto power. That operator background is why Baseway's sequences land where generalist agencies get blocked at the receptionist.

Patricia Bordó leads marketing and business development. With a Master's in Marketing Management and years running 360° multichannel campaigns across technology and industry, she brings the demand generation and brand side to Baseway's outbound.
